The Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA) is once again opening doors for ambitious students to gain hands-on experience through its Industrial Attachment Programme for the October–December 2025 intake. This initiative is part of the Government’s Youth Programme aimed at equipping young Kenyans with practical skills and exposure to bridge the gap between academic learning and the real labour market.

  • Creative & Media – Photography, Videography, Film Production, Animation.
  • ICT & Engineering – ICT, Telecommunications, Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, and Structural Engineering.
  • Hospitality & Services – Food & Beverage, Hotel Management, Housekeeping, Laundry Management.
  • Legal & Social Sciences – Law, Criminology, Criminal Justice, Counselling Psychology, Disaster Management.
  • Specialized Fields – Forensics, Actuarial Science, Chemistry, Land Economics, Quantity Survey, Fleet Management.

Eligibility Requirements

Applicants must:

  • Be Kenyan citizens aged between 18 and 35 years.
  • Be a continuing undergraduate in their 3rd, 4th, or final year OR a final-year diploma student from a recognized institution.
  • Have a valid introduction letter from their University/College.
  • Be available full-time for the 3-month attachment.

Please Note:

  • Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
  • The programme will not be extended beyond the stated period.
  • KRA does not charge any fee for this process.

How to Apply

Step 1 – Register on the KRA e-Recruitment Portal

Step 2 – Log In & Complete Your Profile

  • Go back to the portal and log in.
  • Under ‘Candidate Profile’, click ‘My Profile’ and fill in all required details.
  • Click ‘Overview and Release’ and tick the confirmation checkbox.

Step 3 – Apply for the Attachment

  • Under ‘Employment Opportunities’, click ‘Start’ to view available vacancies.
  • Select the Industrial Attachment Programme and click ‘Apply’.
  • Fill in all mandatory fields and click ‘Send Application Now’ after reviewing the Data Privacy Statement.
