At **NestICT**, we're always working to deliver the best infrastructure for our clients and partners. Today, we're proud to announce that **UISP (Ubiquiti ISP Controller)** is now fully deployed and operational on our **EasyPanel-powered server**. 🎉

### 🔧 What is UISP?

**UISP**, formerly known as UNMS, is a powerful network management solution from **Ubiquiti**. It helps ISPs and network administrators manage:

- Routers, switches, access points
- Clients and network traffic
- Outages and alerts
- Firmware upgrades
- Usage tracking and billing (via UISP CRM)

UISP provides a **single-pane-of-glass** interface to monitor and automate critical ISP operations.

---

### ⚙️ Our Deployment Setup

Our UISP instance runs in a **Docker Compose environment** behind **EasyPanel**, featuring:

- Secure containerization using Docker
- Fluentd for log management
- PostgreSQL for persistent storage
- RabbitMQ for message queuing
- Siridb for time-series data

We're leveraging EasyPanel to simplify management and make future scaling a breeze.

---

### 🔐 SSL & Secure Access

Security is a top priority.

We've configured our server to use **Let’s Encrypt SSL** and mapped UISP to a custom domain:

This ensures encrypted access to UISP's web interface and APIs.

---

### 💡 Why It Matters

With UISP now running on our infrastructure:

- We can better support **WISPs**, **resellers**, and **enterprise networks**
- Automate provisioning and monitoring of Ubiquiti devices
- Improve fault tolerance and customer uptime
- Offer custom hosting or managed UISP instances for clients

---

### 🚀 What’s Next?

We’re working on:

- Adding **UISP CRM** for automated customer management and billing
- Integrating with client portals and ticketing systems like Zammad
- Offering UISP as a service to local ISPs in Kenya and East Africa

---

### 🗣️ Final Thoughts

If you're an ISP, system integrator, or enterprise deploying Ubiquiti gear, UISP is your ultimate ally. And if you’d like a **custom UISP deployment** hosted or managed for you — we’ve got you covered.
